Saving handmade kids toys and clothes

There is a new law coming into effect February 10 which requires all manufacturers making products intended for 12 adn under to have their products tested by a 3rd party lab for the cost of hundreds to thousands of dollars. This is intended to keep children safe from lead and phthalates but instead will put small business owners out of business. Large corporations are also going to suffer. i was shocked...
my wooden pin is NOT for those ages, but unfortunatelly the shapes, motives and character of it looks like presented for them
